The Knights of Columbus Councils 4122 and 6626 are seeking nominations for the Youth of the Year Award. All parishioners of Blessed Sacrament Parish should encourage any High School Senior who serves their parish, school, and community to apply. Applicants should share their interests and achievements, both academic and extracurricular, in the on line nomination form.
