$3100 per person (+$589 for single occupancy)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

$1500.00 due December 15, 2025 (partially refundable up to 60 days before the trip)

$1600.00 due January 19, 2026 (partially refundable)


YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT PRIOR TO THE TRIP THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE TRIP. YOU MAY ALSO NEED TO OBTAIN ETIAS TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS TRIP.

Itinerary 

*subject to minor alterations, B and/or D indicates included meal

 
Day 1, Friday, May 22: Depart U.S.A.

We will depart on an overnight flight to Krakow, Poland from Boston, MA. Exact flight time is TBD, optional flight add-ons and group transportation from CT may be available/arrangeable.

 

Day 2, Saturday, May 23: Krakow to Zakopane

After arriving in Krakow, we will travel south to Zakopane with a stop in Wadowice, the hometown of St. John Paul II, to visit the town and tour the John Paul II Museum and a stop in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska to visit the shrine. (D)

 

Day 3, Sunday, May 24: Zakopane

We will celebrate Sunday Mass and continue our adventures in a town St. John Paul II enjoyed visiting for its nature experience. We will have our own adventures river rafting (optional, additional cost) and enjoying the beautiful countryside including Niedzica Castle. (B,D)

 

Day 4, Monday, May 25: Zakopane

Today, we will go on a tour of the city and take a ride on the Gubałówka funicular railway, ascending the Gubałówka mountain and taking in the peace of the scenery. (B, D)

 

Day 5, Tuesday, May 26: Tatra Mountains

For contemplative time in the mountains, this day is designated as a free day for hiking in the mountains with a variety of intensity options. (B,D)

 

Day 6, Wednesday, May 27: Salt Mines & Divine Mercy

We say goodbye to Zakopane and travel back north with a stop in Wieliczka to tour the salt mines which date back to the Middle Ages. We will also stop in Lagiewniki and visit the home of Divine Mercy and resting place of St. Faustina. (B,D)

 

Day 7, Thursday, May 28: Krakow & Auschwitz

Today, we tour Krakow and the Wawel Royal Castle built in the 13 century and reflecting hundreds of years of Polish culture (tour additional). We will also tour Auschwitz Museum and Memorial and St. Maximillain Kolbe’s cell where he testified to self-sacrifice and virtue by his martyrdom. (B,D)

 

Day 8, Friday, May 29: Czestochowa & Warsaw

We will visit the Jasna Góra Monastery, the home of the icon of Our Lady of Czestochowa on our way to our final city, Warsaw. (B.D)

 

Day 9, Saturday, May 30, Warsaw

On our final full day of the trip, we will tour Warsaw with opportunities to visit the Shrine of St. Faustina, stroll the Royal Lazienki Park and tour the Royal Castle, hop around the bustling Market Square, or visit historical World War II monuments and locations. (B.D)

 

Day 10, Sunday, May 31, Return to U.S.A.

We say goodbye to Poland and return to the United States, refreshed and filled with hope. (B)

 

 

 

 

 


PRICES: Prices are based on a 20-30 passenger trip and are in US dollars. Prices may be adjusted in the event that the number of passengers falls outside of that range. Prices based on payment by check; additional charges may be required for other payment methods. Changes in currency conversion rates, local or government taxes and/or surcharges may impact prices.
 

SOLO TRAVEL: We do not guarantee a single room or roommate (for base level pricing) but will do our best to connect you with someone willing to share.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments are non-refundable after January 22, 2026. We strongly encourage you to purchase a travel protection plan to protect your travel investment from an independent organization.
 

AIRLINE TRAVEL: To best accommodate passengers, we may book airline flights as a group and as such, may not have control over seating assignments.
 

WALKING: Our trip will require daily walking, sometimes up or down slopes, steps, and uneven terrain. We recommend preparing oneself. Anyone needing assistance is required to be accompanied by a qualified and physically-able travel companion. We are not responsible for any medical condition that occur prior, during or after the trip.
 

RESPONSIBILITY: By signing up for this trip, the passenger (you) agrees that Blessed Sacrament Parish, the Diocese of Norwich, the 4:12 Society, and group leaders have no
responsibility for any acts or omissions of the travel suppliers in the itinerary and during the trip. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial conditions of the suppliers, unsafe travel conditions, health hazards, or weather hazards at locations traveled. We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations or any charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances. Unused portions of the trip are non-refundable. For information on destination climate, risks, and safety please consult online resources. For health information consult the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The passenger is responsible for checking passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destinations. Itineraries are subject to change. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen articles. We are not responsible for any sickness, injury, or death during or after the trip. Travel documents will be sent approximately three (3) weeks before departure. Please review them carefully for any errors.
