Bereavement Support Group

Tuesdays, April 14th - June 9th from 6:15pm to 7:45pm in the St. Matthew Chapel

Deadline to Register:  April 12th

Living through grief is not easy but it does not have to be done alone.  Blessed Sacrament Parish will offer a 9 week support program called, “New Day”, for those who have suffered the loss of a loved one.  The goal of this program is to provide a sense of community where support is given and received.

This program is led by trained facilitators and includes prayer, discussion, and journaling.  Although this program is a faith-based, it is not restricted to Catholics and all are welcome.  In order to accommodate individual needs, the group size is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 9 persons.  It is recommended it has been at least 6 months since the loss.

For further information or to register, please email bereavement@cath-comm.org or call Carol at (860) 268-0966 or Sue at (860) 371-1111
