The deadline for submitting requests to be included in the bulletin is the prior Monday by noon. When a holiday occurs on a Monday, the deadline is moved to the Friday before.
Getting submissions in by the deadline does not guarantee they will be in the bulletin. It is always better to get your submission in 1 to 2 weeks before the deadline.

Please note, we occasionally have earlier deadlines which will be announced in the bulletin (Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday, July 4th, and Thanksgiving through the end of the year).
